 1. Each Plot measures ranging from 150-500
Sq.Yards. Plot should be purchased to build the ‘Ashram FarmHouse’ (no
vacant plot is allowed and the Farmhouse to be built by the promoters only).
Prices are quoted separately. Betterment charges will be extra.
2. 25% of the total cost should be paid at the time of booking the
Ashram-FarmHouse, another 50% of the total cost should be paid as soon as the construction
starts within a month and remaining 25% of the total cost should be paid on completion and
Registration of the property within 4-5 months.
3. Interiors and Landscape designing charges will be extra (pl. see ‘payment schedule for more details)
4. Payments should be made by way of D.D. favoring Vedic Arts Realtors.
5. The property is solely owned by the purchaser and he/she is entitled to
enjoy all his/her rights but must follow the guidelines of the Ashram/ colony society for
its better-upkeep and maintenance.
6. Each House will be built by the Promoter only, as per the model design
of the typical Farm House to maintain the beauty & uniformity of the Eco-Village.
However, slight modifications are always possible.
7. The purchaser will not minimize the present Eco, rather he/she will be
allowed to add more beauty and greenery to the Ashram-colony.
8. No extra construction whatsoever is allowed without the permission of
the promoter. The subsequent buyer also will follow all norms.
9. The purchaser will not build heavy stone or brick compound wall around
his/her farmhouse, but the boundaries are demarked with low level (3 feet) border with
variety of plants in each avenue.
10. Refund of paid amount in case of cancellation within a month
will be done with 25% deduction of the total value of the farmhouse (No refund is
made after 1 month of booking)
11. Full co-operation is required to maintain Spiritual discipline
& standard within the Ashram-colony with no meat-eating, no gambling, no intoxications
and no extra-marital-relations.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Ashram-colony
13. Only Spiritually inclined persons/guests with like-mindedness
are allowed to stay in the community of devotees.
14. Pets are not allowed unattended outside the individual
farmhouse area.
15. All are encouraged to attend daily Spiritual programs,
Festivals, Special occasions etc.
16. If any dispute arises, they should be legally dealt within the
jurisdiction of Hyderabad city only.
