Land Price at present: Rs.2000/- Per Sq.yard $45 / USD (may vary from
time to time)
Building Price: As per the Specifications of the Model House, Rs.
20,00,000/- $45,000 / USD
(may vary from time to time)
25% at the time of booking (down payment)
50% within a month as soon as the construction starts (delay
payment attracts interest at bank rate)
Remaining 25% on completion and Registration of the property
within 4-6 months
Outright Full Payment will attract 10% Discount
Interior/Landscape designing charges will be extra as per
negotiations (optional)
(Interior includes: Air conditioner, Fans & lights,
Chandelier, Instant geysers, Chimney, Bath room fixtures, Venetian blinds or
curtains.
Landscape includes: 0.5 HP motor, Hose pipe, lawn grass, roof
garden, pathways, flower beds,
deco-plants, flower pots, hangings, one swing)
Corner Plots cost Rs. 50/- $1 / USD extra per Sq.yard.
2-sided/3-sided Road facing plots cost Rs.100/- $2 / USD
extra per Sq.yard.
Betterment charges Rs.2,00,000/- $4,500 / USD will be
extra for the following facilities:
Avenue plants, Electric poles/transformer, Telephone cable, Dish TV, Sump for
Sweet water, Overhead SyntexTank, Septic Tank, Compound wall & gate,
motorable common Roads, Round the clock Security guards, intercom, email and
postal facilities will be provided inside the Gated
community/colony.............
Note:
1. All other common amenities such as Swimming pool, Function hall, Temple,
Gurukula School, Library, Yoga / Meditation Hall, Children's Park, Medical
& General Store, Milk parlor, Fresh Fruits & vegetables stall,
Dispensary/ Nature Cure-Clinic, Massage center, Vegetarian Restaurant, Driver
with standby-vehicle etc. will be used by the colony as per the terms and
normal charges applicable.
2. Prices may vary as per the Market values. However, the
existing rates at the time of booking will apply till the completion of
individual Farm house.
3. Refund of paid amount in case of cancellation within a month will be done
with 25% deduction of the total cost. (No refund is made after 1 month of
booking)
4. If any dispute arises, they should be legally dealt within the jurisdiction
of Hyderabad city only.
