  Avenue plants, Electric poles/transformer, Telephone cable, Dish TV, Sump for Sweet water, Overhead SyntexTank, Septic Tank, Compound wall & gate, Children’s Park, motorable common Roads, Round the clock Security guards, intercom, email and postal facilities will be provided inside the Gated community/colony at extra cost (Betterment charges apply).............

Note: All other common amenities such as Swimming pool, Function hall, Temple, Gurukula School, Library, Yoga / Meditation Hall, Medical & General Store, Milk parlor, Fresh fruits/vegetable stall, Dispensary/ Nature Cure-Clinic, Massage center, Vegetarian Restaurant, Driver with standby-vehicle etc. will be used by the colony as per the terms and normal charges applicable.
